VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

The New Year has started and committees are being formed. If you have been thinking of volunteering this is the time. Homeowners are what a Homeowners Association is made of and The Villages at Queen Creek has come a long way in the last year and will only be better with more homeowners involved in making that the best it can be. Please consider a committee and submit your letter of intent to Irys Martino. You can submit your letter via e-mail - imartino@aamaz.com, via fax - 480-987-0851 or via mail - The Villages at Queen Creek c/o AAM LLC. 7740 N. 16th Street, Suit 300, Phoenix, Arizona 85020. The list below shows available committees and a short description of what the committees does.

    ARCHITECTURAL – Reviews architectural submittals and keeping up the ascetics of the community.

    COMMUNICATIONS – Working with Board, HOAPublications and the website to get information out to the community.

    BUDGET/FINANCE – Reviewing monthly financials, reviewing invoices and creating the upcoming year's budget.

    GOOD NEIGHBOR – Working with fellow homeowners who might need help with maintenance issues, landscaping issues or just in need of a good neighbor.

    LANDSCAPE – Working with the Landscape Maintenance Company on maintenance issues and presenting new landscape projects to the Board.

    SOCIAL – Working with Board and Community on social activities.

    TRAFFIC – Working with Town of Queen Creek on traffic issues in the Villages.
